Report Analysis
CCmail provides a comprehensive set of real-time reports allowing you to accurately measure the effectiveness of every campaign you send.
Easy to use and read, CCmail's reporting is colorful and clear - great for presentations or inclusion in your own reports and documentation. A colourful pie charts displays campaign snapshot data (open rates, bounces,click-throughs and unsubscribes) while the user can drill down to reveal more detailed graphs showing opens over time and who-clicked-what-and-when type data.
Google Analytics
On request tags can be embedded in your emails that will allow you to use Google Analytics to assist in reviewing online campaigns by tracking landing page quality and conversions (goals). This level of feedback gives you the knowledge to fine-tune the messages to your audience to maximise your return on investment.
Exporting report data
All report data can be exported as Microsoft Excel friendly comma separated values (CSV) data sets or delimited files.
