Editing Content
Editing your own content could not be easier. An intuitive and foolproof interface allows you to add text, images and links in seconds.

Define the campaign and sender
The first step in creating an new email campaign is to define the campaign and who it is being sent from. When defining the campaign and sender you give it an identifiable name, subject title to appear in the subject field of the email, 'from' name and email address which displays who is sending the email to the recipient, and a 'reply-to' address to receive any recipient replies.
Choose your template
Before editing your content you need to choose one of your templates (if you have more than one) to suit the type of content you are delivering and how you want it to appear. More about template design.
Edit your content
This is where the real power of this system is evident. You can view your template in an online WYSWYG editor, and click an edit icon to add a ext entry. These will usually comprise of a headline, body text, an image, and links to external resources ie. a landing page, PDF document, website etc. The controls for editing this content are similar to basic word processing tools (see image above) and are practically fool-proof.
Once you have completed that entry you can save it and it will appear within the preview of your email. You can then create another story which will appear directly underneath the first one. You also have to option of clicking and dragging stories to change the order they appear ion screen.
In addition to the content you write we can add other features such as automated date stamps, personalisation, automatically generated 'In this issue' contents menu whihc links to each story, forward-to-friend links to give users the ability to send to multiple email addresses thereby organically growing your membership. Finally we also add web version and mandatory unsubscribe links.
